北海道大学大学院の近藤さんが筆頭著者となり、私も指導した学生と一緒に共同研究者となっている原著論文「Association of maternal genetics with the gut microbiome and eucalypt diet selection in captive koalas」がPeerJ誌で公開されました。コアラの採食選択と遺伝的なバックグラウンド（由来地域）、腸内細菌叢の関係について明らかにしており、コアラの採食選択の記録と分析を担当しました。
